Rubrix-A ("the App") is designed to help students generate structured feedback on their essays. The App is purchased and managed by parents or legal guardians ("Parents") or teachers and used by students ("Students").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the information you and your students share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, handle, store, and protect data when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

Parent / Teacher Account Information: When you sign up, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number.

Student Usage Data: We collect the following types of data to operate and improve the App:

• Usage Metrics & Technical Logs: Basic information about how the App is used (e.g., number of essays graded, features accessed), error logs, performance metrics to improve functionality, and limited device or system information.
• Metadata: Limited usage metadata associated with the student's activity.

3. Payment Processing

Payment is made by bank transfer, Juice, MyT Money, or Blink. Licence keys are sent by email or WhatsApp once the payment is credited to our account. Customers are advised to share a copy of their proof of payment by WhatsApp using the same phone number as the one on the Order Form.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the App.
• To maintain and improve the App's performance.
• To manage subscriptions purchased by Parents / Students aged 18 and above / Teachers.
• To provide customer service.

5. Important Commitments

AI Processing: This application utilizes enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence processing. All student data submitted for grading is processed solely to generate feedback requested by the user and is NOT used to train public AI models. Data is transmitted securely via encrypted channels and is not retained by our AI partners for model improvement.

No Data Selling: We do not sell or share Student or Parent data with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is processed only for educational and operational purposes.

6. Minor's Data

The App is intended for use by Students under the supervision and authority of a Parent or legal guardian. By purchasing and enabling access to the App, Parents represent and warrant that:

• They are the legal guardian of the Student.
• They consent to the Student's use of the App; and
• They consent to the processing of the Student's submissions as described herein.

We rely entirely on parental representations and do not independently verify age or guardianship.

7. Data Storage & Retention

Student submissions are stored only as long as needed for grading. The essay and grading details are deleted from the server soon after the relevant report is downloaded.

We may retain minimal usage logs for analytics, security, service improvement, and compliance.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and secure infrastructure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and use of the App is at your own risk.

Parents / Teachers / Students aged 18 and above have the right to:
